India-based Sloka Telecom chooses Wavesat’s chipsets to develop low-cost WiMAX solutions for emerging markets

Low Cost, Small Form Factor WiMAX Network Solutions for WISPs and Cellular Operators

Sloka Telecom, a wireless infrastructure company announced that their WiMAX base station and network solutions will be powered by Wavesat’s Evolutive™ WiMAX DM256 chip. The products will be ready for trials in April 2006.
